Through our years of experience in fabrication, Woo & Woo has come across
different types of materials. Among the common includes:
Ferrous Metals:
- Plain Carbon Steels such as AISI 1000 series
- Low Alloy Steels such as AISI 4000 series
- Common Stainless Steels such as Austenitic-300 series and Ferritic & Martensitic -400 series.
- All types of Tool Steels such as Cold Work, High Speed and Hot Work Tool Steels.
- Different types of Cast Irons.
Non Ferrous Metals:
- Common types of Wrought Aluminium alloys such as the 6000 and 7000 series.
- Common types of Copper and its alloys such as bronze and brass.
Engineering Plastics:
- Thermoplastic Polymers such as Delrin, Acrylic, Teflon, Nylon and Polypropylene
- Thermosetting Polymer such as Bakelite
Customers can provide their own material for us to machine or we can purchase the materials for customers as part of the fabrication costs.
